GestiFactura is entering private beta. It is invoicing software built for freelancers (autónomos) and small businesses in Spain, and it does one thing: create legally valid invoices without spreadsheets or Word templates.
What you can do today
- Create an invoice in under a minute. Pick the client, describe the work, and GestiFactura fills in the sequential number, the date, VAT and IRPF withholding.
- Email the PDF to your client straight from the app, or download it for your records.
- Know who has paid you. Every invoice has a status: paid, pending or overdue.
- Save your clients once and reuse them on every invoice.
- Keep your full history organised and at hand.
Invoices include every field the Spanish Tax Agency requires, and GestiFactura complies with Verifactu (RD 1007/2023).
Why a private beta
We would rather grow slowly and listen to the people who invoice every month. During the beta we will open places gradually, and your feedback will help us decide what to improve first.
